1) Tuition: One class per week for 21 weeks (January 8 - June 8) plus $40 registration fee (if applicable).

2) Registration Fee (If applicable): $40 Fee valid for 2023-2024 Season: Sessions 1, 2 & Summer Session. Note: If you paid a registration fee for Session 1, no registration fee is due for Session 2.
3) Registration Form: All registered students must complete a form and submit online through the website
4) Payments Due:

One class per week - full tuition due at time of registration including registration fee (if applicable).

Two classes or more per week - half tuition due at time of registration including registration fee (if applicable) second half of tuition due by March 1.
5) Payments Accepted: Cash / Check / Credit Card / PayPal (preferred method to pay)
6) Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
7) Refund Policy:
If absences occur, students may make-up the class of the same level virtually or in person (upon
request).
There are no refunds or credits for missed classes.
8) Chargeback / Return Check Fee - $25.00:
A chargeback fee will be assessed if an authorized payment is processed through PayPal and then flagged as fraudulent by the customer or a check is returned by the bank.
9) Makeup Policy:
If you miss your regular class, you may make-up the class of the same level virtually or in person (upon
request) in the session in which you are registered.
10) Withdrawal from Classes:
If you are unable to continue classes, you must notify NJSB within 7 days of your withdrawal by email or mail. If we don't receive a written notice of withdrawal, you will be responsible for full tuition.
11) Pointe Class Policy:
All students are required to take a minimum of 2 ballet classes per week with NJSB to study pointe.
12) Note:
Intermediate I & Intermediate II Children's Division students are required to take a minimum of 2 pointe classes per week.
Students with less than one year of pointe experience must take their pointe class in-person.
If a beginner on pointe adds the 1/2 hour of pointe to their virtual class, it must be taken in ballet slippers.
13) Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver and Indemnification
I understand and agree that participation in any class, lesson, workshop, rehearsal, performance or other activity conducted by New Jersey Ballet Company, Inc. or NJ School of Ballet, LLC (together, New Jersey Ballet) poses the possibility of injury, loss, damage or death. I agree, therefore, to assume, all risks and responsibility for any such injury, loss, damage or death which might occur to me (or my child) by reason of any New Jersey Ballet class, lesson, workshop, rehearsal, performance or other activity. I also agree to waive, release and discharge New Jersey Ballet, its members, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists and faculty members from any and all losses, damages, liability, claims, demands or causes of action of any kind that may arise out of my (or my child’s) participation in any classes, lessons, workshops, rehearsals, performances or other activities conducted by New Jersey Ballet. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless New Jersey Ballet, its members, officers, directors, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists and faculty members from any and all losses, damages, liability, claims, demands or causes of action of any kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that may arise out of my (or my child’s) participation in any New Jersey Ballet class, lesson, workshop, rehearsal, performance or other activity. If I am signing this assumption of risk, liability waiver and indemnification on behalf of my child, I represent that I am authorized to do so and acknowledge that my child shall be bound by the assumption of risk, liability waiver and indemnification provisions contained herein. The assumption of risk, liability waiver and indemnification provisions contained herein shall also apply to my (or my child’s) heirs, successors and assigns.
